Products that have been purchased can be exchanged within 1×24 hours after the product arrives in the hands of the buyer, provided that evidence is included in the form of a video when opening the package. Return and shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Orders coming in until pk. 17:00 WIB will be sent on the same day, with a note that payment has been made, but orders that come in after that time will be sent the next day.

The following can cause your payment to be unverified:

  1. Haven’t uploaded proof of transfer yet.
  2. Evidence of transfer is unclear or incomplete.
  3. Payment does not match the amount stated on the Payment Info page, namely the order price plus a unique code.
  4. Payments for several products/shops in one order are transferred separately.
  5. Payment for multiple orders combined in 1x transfer.
