Products that have been purchased can be exchanged within 1×24 hours after the product arrives in the hands of the buyer, provided that evidence is included in the form of a video when opening the package. Return and shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
FAQ
Orders coming in until pk. 17:00 WIB will be sent on the same day, with a note that payment has been made, but orders that come in after that time will be sent the next day.
The following can cause your payment to be unverified:
- Haven’t uploaded proof of transfer yet.
- Evidence of transfer is unclear or incomplete.
- Payment does not match the amount stated on the Payment Info page, namely the order price plus a unique code.
- Payments for several products/shops in one order are transferred separately.
- Payment for multiple orders combined in 1x transfer.
